As you can see from these photos, it is hard to tell that Bethany had a problem with her foot. There was no delay in her development, and she learnt to walk soon after her first birthday. She continues to walk and run with no problems, and takes no notice of her little scar, which does appear to be fading with time.

There is a slight difference in the size of her feet, but fortunately we have not yet needed to buy different sized hoes. This is a common problem when one foot is worse than the other, and sadly the only solution is to buy two pairs of shoes, which can become expensive.
